Should you need to cancel a booking we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
In the event of such a cancellation, & for whatever the reason for cancellation, whilst we are happy to reschedule your booking with us, no refunds are given except in the form of vouchers or credit on your account. Redemption of vouchers / account credit is subject to availability.
Tokens / vouchers are not refundable or transferable. Expiry dates are not able to be extended.

Please Note - Our maxiumum new rider Weight Limit is 85kg

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Arniss Equestrian is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
